I have an idea.

I am in Mammoth now, but should be on the boat Monday morning.

I could pull in real close to the coast, bust out the 300mm lense / turn on anti shake and try and get some unique pictures.

Monday morning, I plan on doing a B line to Paradise Cove, perhaps Dusty could call me if you guys are in the vacinity, and I could motor south to a clear piece of highway (perhaps below Latigo) and snap away.

your number has mysteriously disappeared from me Blackberry! Was not able to coordinate.

However, We got a late start and did not hit Malibu till 1:00. In addition, I forgot my camera. ---- While we were driving up the coast, I was looking for potential shots and was not able to spot anything. Also, I think I will need a bit more then a 300mm zoom to make the shot worthwhile.
