I'm a bit confused:

The 2009 car changes are a result of the technical steering committee, which is comprised of all the teams, right? And I'm reading online that the teams say they will "claw" back all the lost downforce by the end of the season AND that the wing changes aren't making passing that much easier.

So why did they do this at all? :confused:

It's like this every season, they make the teams make changes to slow the cars or cut costs or whatever and by mid season, the teams figure out loopholes in the new rules and make changes to the cars that make them as fast or faster.... It will continue forever I'm sure...
