What a Class Act Damien and his entire crew are !!
I went to Fusion last week for the 27 Point Vehicle Inspection and an oil change special before the paupers run and he told me it all looked great and that I am ok on the oil untill I return. Upon returning he calls me up to tell me that he has an opening and that he would take care of my Oil Change...Driven World Special @ $221 and re check all my fluids etc. When it was on the rack he noticed that my rear tires were very lean (what do you expect from Corsas, 110 Degree Las Vegas Heat and 1@@ mph speeds throught the trip)
So he calls his local Tire Shop, Chatsworth Tire and he personally drives me over there and we order tires for my car. He left my car on his rack drove me home and said that he would take my wheels over there the next morning and have the tires mounted and that he would put them back on my car because he wanted to make sure I was taken good care of. Going above and beyond his call of duty he even came to my house and picked me up when my car was all done.
This type of business practice is nothing short of Professionalism at its best. Thank you to you and your team for all you continue to do for my cars.
