Can someone tell me how to add a pic on the left of my post, and how to edit my signature.

You can use the (UserCP) to add a signature and the manage attachments to add a picture unless you're talking about a profile picture.

Be warned that any user with large, animated, or otherwise annoying signature pictures will be shut down - we can't have the performance of this website getting any slower.
